As a District Assistant you will provide confidential, high-level support to our District Managers and their store networks. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — from coordinating financial reports to supporting recruitment and training, you’ll be at the heart of our district operations.

About the Role

Administrative & Operational Support- Be the first point of contact for Head Office inquiries and district communications.- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for District Managers.- Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodations for district events and training.- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with document retention policies.- Keep district data up-to-date across systems and platforms.

Store Operations & Financial Reporting- Assist in tracking KPIs and financial performance across stores.- Run daily/weekly reports to support operational efficiency.- Support onboarding, scheduling, and store updates.

Human Resources Support- Organize training sessions and track attendance.- Maintain accurate HR records in Workday and other systems.- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and transfer requests.- Monitor Health & Safety compliance and reporting.

About YouPost-secondary education diploma/degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.- 2-5 years of experience working in an administrative support capacity.- Workday and Workforce Management software experience would be considered an asset.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-service mindset.
