**Specific Accountabilities**:
You will utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to design the curriculum.
- Develop curriculum focused on enhancing student success
- Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, tests and examinations in a timely manner
**About the Position**:
**Qualifications**:
- Qualified applicants will possess a relevant degree with a minimum of 5 years of related industrial experience in the building and construction industry.
- Must have a working knowledge of construction and building energy policies, laws, codes, standards, and rating systems for Canadian buildings and demonstrated expertise in basic and advanced building science principles focused on heat, air, and moisture transfer within buildings.
- Must be excellent communicators, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners.
- Preferred qualifications include previous teaching or training experience at the post-secondary level.
