**Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk**

A prestigious vinyl window and door manufacturer is seeking an **Accounts Payable & Receivables Clerk** to take responsibility for the accounts payable and receivable functions. To assist with the preparation of financial statements and other projects as assigned by the Controller.

Vinyltek have been producing top quality vinyl windows and doors for over 25 years. Meeting or exceeding all industry standards, including EnergyStar on over 30 of their products. We take great pride on providing one of the best warranties in the business.

Reporting to the Controller, this person will be a key contributor in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, as well as preparation and analysis of financial statements. This position will assist in preparation of the annual budget and will be assigned various financial projects and other administrative functions as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute invoices to customers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Analyze financial data and provide reports as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically UltiPro, is a plus
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
