We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimating Coordinator to join our team. As an Estimating Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial Estimating Department by assisting in the preparation and coordination of project estimates. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely project estimates by gathering relevant information, analyzing project specifications, and performing material takeoffs.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Review bid documents and specifications to identify scope requirements and potential risks.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients in accordance with company guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain and update estimating databases, records, and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience in estimating or construction-related field is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project documents and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
