**What You Will Do**

As a Product Support Analyst you will respond to customer inquiries and provide product support such as operations support, installation of new systems, virtual or on-site customer training, general problem solving, product trial/development support, sales demonstrations, and undertake business trips. Additionally, you will:

- Participate occasionally in product technical reviews, impact assessments of new releases, and take lead in ad hoc internal projects.
- Prepare documentation with regards to modifications, troubleshooting procedures, problem resolutions, and general workflows.
- Contribute to maintaining a quality customer database and moderating our customer-facing resources.

**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring**

In addition to normal professional core competencies such as strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, the ability to manage stressful situations, prioritize multiple tasks, working both independently and in a team environment, you will also have:

- A university degree in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying, Photogrammetry, Navigation, or a degree in Civil, Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to describe complex technical facts in an understandable way.
- Proficiency with computers and moderate troubleshooting skills in Windows OS is required.
- The ability to undertake business trips for training purposes.

**What Skills & Experience You Could Bring**
- Knowledge and experience in Mobile Mapping, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, and GNSS/IMU technology is preferred.
