**Description**:The role of the Collections Supervisor is to lead the AR portfolio to ensure timely collections thereby positively impacting Salesforce’s cash flow through direct and indirect customer collections effort. Balanced cash flow is looked upon by the investment community as both an efficiency and finance measure, which translates into a component of our stock price. The position of Collections Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that collectors’ work is performed effectively and efficiently. The Collections Supervisor will conduct performance evaluations and ensures Collectors adhere to established collections policies and procedures as well as Salesforce HR policies and procedures. They will work with the regional Collections Manager to maintain current collections policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervises the AR cash and aging in accordance with the Invoice Life Cycle Guidelines by exercising good business judgement and due diligence in evaluating account solvency and ability/willingness to pay with their collectors
- Ensure Collectors are adhering to Collections policies and procedures
- Assist Collectors escalation to resolving customer billing disputes.
- Teams up with Sales Management periodically and works daily with sales reps and sales management on advanced accounts
- Collaborates internally with our operations teams on escalated accounts, operational improvements and contract/ invoice adjustments, etc.
- Works with regional Collections Manager on monthly cash forecasting
- Raises collection problem on specific accounts to Operations and Sales management, as needed

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ Years of Collections Experience and Management
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to collaborate on escalated accounts, on operational improvements, contract / invoice adjustments, etc.
- Escalates collection problem on specific accounts to Operations and Sales management, as needed.
- Works with credit analyst on financial distress accounts, as needed
- Negotiates payment plans for financial distress accounts, as needed
- Approves selected accounts for suspension after proper collection activity are documented
- Participates in ongoing policy and operational improvements
- Ensures compliance with all company policies
- Provides training as requested
- Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions
- Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while handling to deadlines
