TCR is growing We’re looking for Collections Supervisors We currently have (1) vacancy for a bilingual Supervisor (French & English) located in Quebec, and (3) vacancies for English speaking only Supervisors in Ontario.  This position requires a minimum of 1 year’s experience in 3rd party collections. The Collections Supervisor plays a key leadership role in coaching, mentoring, providing direction, and ensuring quality of the services within the department. In order to be eligible for employment, you must reside in a reasonable commuting distance to the following TCR offices in order to pick up your equipment. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.  Compensation in this role consists of an hourly wage, plus performance-based bonuses and incentives. Responsibilities: Coordinate and communicate with TCR’s management team  Support the hiring and onboarding process Coaching agents to success (i.e., KPIs, compliance, negotiation skills) Administrative functions including creating, reporting on, and managing the team’s support desk Support production needs and perform calls, if necessary Handle escalated customer calls, and collections calls, as needed Other duties as assigned by Collections Manager or Department Director Requirements: Fluent in English, French to be considered an asset 1 year of collections experience or relevant supervisory experience Advanced computer skills (specifically Excel) Excellent knowledge of DRS Ability to work evenings and/or weekends on a rotating basis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Willingness to learn Professional, tactful and empathetic
