**Job Summary**:
**What’s the Scope?**
- Responsible for daily replenishment of Service Parts in excess of several thousand dollars daily
- Responsible for maintaining adequate stocking levels in all service parts in order to support the dealer network
- Directly responsible for dealer open sales orders and overstock situations across Canada
- Responsible for the recovery of backorder parts that directly take a customer vehicle off the road, often times resulting in TCI covering rental fees for the customer until the part arrives
- Service Parts sales account for 75% of overall TCI parts sales, which results in significant revenue and profit for TCI
- Work directly with Suppliers and several TCI departments such as the PDC’s, Service Marketing, Product Quality and Service Support and the Customer Interaction Centre

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Analyze trends to ensure that inventory levels support Just-In-Time dealer demand to generate profit for TCI
- Detailed analysis of demand trends to ensure specific parts are located in the proper Canadian warehouse
- Investigate and complete root cause analyses of supply disruptions and impacts to customer fill rate, develop counter measures to mitigate future inventory shortfalls
- Communicate with business partners to ensure forecasts and delivery times are met
- Maintain the integrity of all information in Parts Ordering System at the Part Number level
- Participates in special projects e.g., winter wheels, seasonal booking programs, new model parts ordering
- Other duties as required

**What You’ll Bring**:

- College/University degree/diploma in business, data analysis, or similar discipline
- Preferably three years’ related experience in Automotive After Sales/Supply Chain/Warehouse Operations or similar discipline
- Working knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and time management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General understanding/knowledge of purchasing methods and forecasting procedures
- General knowledge of SAP and TCI’s internal programs (IBP, BI, Infostream) is an asset
- Proven ability to initiate & improve processes to increase efficiencies
