The Bartender & Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving drinks and food in a restaurant setting. This role involves managing bar operations, interacting with guests, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
or customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of popular and seasonal cocktails, as well as the restaurant's drink
menu.
- Stock and replenish the bar with supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
- Clean and maintain bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and
providing recommendations.

Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Verify the age of customers to comply with legal drinking age requirements.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies and procedures to prevent over-serving and
intoxicated behavior.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.

Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu, offering
recommendations, and accommodating special requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Set up and clean dining tables, including resetting after guests leave.
- Ensure that tables are properly arranged and stocked with necessary condiments and
utensils.
- Confirm orders with customers before sending them to the kitchen.
- Double-check orders for accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Coordinate with other servers and bartenders to maintain a well-functioning dining
environment.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions accurately.
- Prepare and manage checks, ensuring proper accounting for all charges and tips.
