Woodfield Canada is currently seeking a **Summer Intern** to join our team at our **Toronto facility** for a **3-month contract**. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the **automotive upfitting industry**, working with a dynamic team focused on commercial vehicle accessories and modifications.

As an intern, you will support the sales and production teams by assisting with administrative tasks, customer communications, and internal data processes. This is an ideal role for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical business experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Submit vehicle data using company platforms.
- Support appointment scheduling and production coordination.
- Assist with confirming and invoicing work orders.
- Help collect and process customer payments.
- Create positive first impressions for visitors and customers.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist the sales team with warranty and parts order processing.
- Perform additional office-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed post-secondary education in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract is an asset (not required).
- Prior customer service or administrative experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
