**Job Overview**

The Assistant Storefront Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth team coordination, and strong alignment with brand presentation standards. This role supports the Storefront Manager and General Manager in leading the team, maintaining an exceptional shopping experience, and driving sales performance.

**Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations**
- Support the Storefront Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor restocking, merchandising, and cleanliness to ensure the store is always guest-ready.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently applied to displays, signage, and product presentation.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and time-off coordination to maintain smooth operations.

**Customer Experience**
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the team in resolving customer concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Build relationships with customers and promote a welcoming, community-focused environment.

**Team Support & Leadership**
- Assist in training, onboarding, and coaching new and existing team members.
- Act as the shift lead when the Storefront Manager is absent, delegating tasks and maintaining accountability.
- Motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.
- Provide feedback to the Storefront Manager and General Manager on team performance and areas for improvement.

**Sales & Performance**
- Monitor sales floor activity, ensuring staff is engaging with customers and upselling when appropriate.
- Assist with tracking sales goals, reporting performance, and suggesting strategies to improve results.
- Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

**Administration & Compliance**
- Help with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
- Support in preparing performance reviews and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
