**Our Accounts Receivable Analyst has a salary range from 50K to 55K based on Accounts Receivable Experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support franchisees with reporting and payment processes.
- Analyze and assess creditworthiness using external credit risk management tools.
- Maintain accurate customer transaction records, including processing and posting customer payments accurately.
- Identify delinquent accounts, establish effective payment schedules and implement collection strategies.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Regularly prepare detailed, accurate, and meaningful AR reports for senior management, highlighting critical issues, risks, and opportunities. Ensure the reports provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive accounts receivable (AR) reports, including aging reports, and collection performance metrics, to provide insights into the company's financial stability.
- Analyze AR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues, such as overdue invoices, outstanding balances, or underperforming accounts. Use data visualization tools and other reporting methods to make complex data easy to interpret.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field is an asset.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
