Come share your passion with us **The role we are offering you**: - Lead the team designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees. - Lead the team that oversees the creation and delivery of training materials, both in-person and through Workday Learning. - Create and implement leadership development programs to nurture and grow internal leadership talent. - Collaborate with HR Leaders to identify and address leadership skills gaps. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience in talent management, training and development, and leadership development. - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful talent and training programs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with e-learning authoring tool(s) for online course development (i.e., Rise, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, or other) - Experience with course interaction and gaming tools (i.e., polling, surveys, gamification, or other) Preferred experience with online meeting platforms and collaboration tools (i.e., MS Teams, or other) - Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit - Being bilingual is a plus. **CAE offers**: - an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued - the opportunity to travel internationally - the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team - the opportunity to represent the organization at external conventions and conferences - the possibility to work from home occasionally - flexible schedules - attractive employee benefits **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
