Brandt is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our manufacturing facility in Moose Jaw, SK. Under the direction of the Quality Analyst Leadhand - Supply Chain, the Quality Control Inspector will perform inspections, tests, and audits on designated vendor supplied products to ensure procured product arriving at Brandt is conforming to all of Brandt’s requirements prior to being received and entered into our inventory and manufacturing systems.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent understanding and working experience with mathematical concepts such as probability and Statistical Inference, Statistical Process Control, and Six Sigma problem solving methods
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blue prints, procedures, quality manuals and standards, and the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to think logical and critically to measure the pros and cons and make the most appropriate decisions quickly
- Significant experience in performing quality inspections on supplied products and services
- Complete familiarity with manual inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Experience operating manual CMM’s is beneficial
- Ability to develop good rapport with the purchasing department, engineering, and manufacturing departments
- Must possess great organizational and communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all Brandt staff
- Must have complete knowledge of APQP documents like PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, Milcerts, and other vendor supplied Quality documentation
