**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely project completion.
- Utilize construction management software such as Jobber for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in construction methods and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and budgeting practices in construction projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
