**Technical Training Manager**

Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently hiring a Technical Training Manager to join our team working at our Steinbach office. As the Technical Training Manager, you will oversee the execution of entry-level construction worker education programs including the development of program curriculum. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop programs and business cases to upskill workers with limited access to technical training institutions.
- Educate workers on construction professional opportunities, both technical and administrative.
- Manage trainer schedules and coordinate travel as required.
- Draft, present, and submit proposals to internal and external program stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for program participants and graduates in continuing education programs.
- Report on program progressions and timelines.
- Continually update program materials to meet needs of stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Understand the technical needs of construction workers.
- Related post-secondary degree or diploma. PDAL or CAPM certificate would be an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with employees at all levels.
- Comfortable traveling occasionally to projects via plane with overnight stays.
