**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques while maintaining quality control.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Strong background in food service, including knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in the restaurant industry with hands-on kitchen experience is essential.
