Calgary, Canada Alberta Mortgage Broker's Association (AMBA) Full time

**Role Description**:
Reporting to the Manager of Education, this role provides comprehensive administrative support for AMBA’s pre-licensing education program(s), professional development initiatives, and student services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information about programs, policies, and services.
- Handle challenging phone calls with professionalism and employ effective de-escalation strategies.
- Assess student concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist students with registration, enrollment, and administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with policies.
- Participate in student engagement initiatives, including orientations, virtual sessions, and events.
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and recommend enhancements to processes.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive student information.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proven ability to handle difficult conversations, de-escalate tense situations and confidently communicate when a customer request cannot be accommodated.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with a variety of systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM software, and Learning Management Systems.
- High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to student success.

The Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association (AMBA) is the collective voice of the mortgage brokerage industry in Alberta. **A Note on Remote Work**

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
