**Warehouse and Inventory Associate**

The Warehouse Specialist position is a new role for our team, but one that will add limitless value to our current service delivery and underground teams. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers, vendors and fellow employees.
Ideally you have prior experience working in a warehouse/shop environment, dealing with other staff to ensure they have everything they need to make for an efficient day. A positive attitude and a go get’ em mentality will make you stand out in this role.
**Specific Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
- **Facility Maintenance**:
- Maintaining furnace filters, washing machines/dryers and drainage, water meter readings, garbage collection, metal and cardboard recycling, empty pails of concrete and mud, remove snow from all doorways and grounds, clean and wash warehouse cement floors, monitor and clean any vandalism to the facility and manage outdoor compound for cleanliness and organization.
- **Equipment and Tools**:
- Reconcile equipment sign out sheets daily, jetter checkup/inspections every morning, and manage the maintenance and repairs of all tools and equipment. Small equipment repair ability not necessary, but an asset.
- **Inventory**:
- Inventory replenishment and reconciliation of parts used, re-stocking of the technician vans quarterly, and overall inventory management
**Growth potential opportunities available for Small Equipment Repair training and Forklift training.**
**Job Requirements**:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pull a trailer (training provided)
- Ability to operate basic hand tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Ability to take direction
- Attention to detail an asset
- Ability to drive Backhoe and/or Dump Truck an asset
- Forklift experience an asset (training provided)
**Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:00 PM including a 30 minute unpaid lunch**
**Hourly Range: $18 - $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications.**
