About Us

At Squire Property Management, we're redefining what property management looks like. Gone are the days of outdated processes and cookie-cutter communication. We blend innovation, technology, and creativity to deliver an exceptional experience for residents, owners, and condo boards alike.

Our growing portfolio includes long-term rentals, short-term furnished suites, and condominium communities, each managed with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and forward-thinking service. If you're passionate about modernizing the property management industry and enjoy solving problems with fresh ideas, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

You'll be the primary point of contact and driving force behind a portfolio of condominium communities, ensuring each operates smoothly, efficiently, and with care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with condo boards, residents, and service providers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring clear, proactive communication.
  • Lead with a hands-on approach: complete regular site inspections to stay ahead of issues and maintain high building standards.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs by coordinating contractors and service teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
  • Manage financial health by preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenses, and supporting boards with strategic financial planning.
  • Guide boards on compliance, governance, and long-term planning, offering professional recommendations when needed.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure services are cost-effective and meet expectations.
  • Plan and coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Enforce bylaws and policies while maintaining accurate, organized corporate records.
  • Respond to emergencies such as fire, flood, or security incidents, and coordinate with emergency services when required.
  • Support reserve fund management and long-term capital planning in collaboration with engineers and industry professionals.
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the corporation and manage claims when they arise.
  • Implement safety, preventative maintenance, and sustainability initiatives to keep communities efficient and well-managed.
  • Lead special projects — such as renovations, system upgrades, or major repairs — from planning through completion.

What We're Looking For

  • Post-secondary education or 2+ years of property management experience (condominium experience is a strong asset)
  • Proficiency with property management software and technology (Buildium experience preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive with a drive to improve systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong negotiation, organization, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Full-time availability with flexibility for after-hours emergencies
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Clear criminal record check required
