Content Creator/social Media Specialist

**Position Overview**: Heffner Motors Limited is seeking a talented **Content Creator/Social Media Specialist** with a strong background in graphic design and videography. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that shapes our brand’s voice and drives engagement across all social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Design and produce high-quality visual content (including graphics, videos, and infographics) for social media and digital platforms. Develop engaging text content that complements visual elements, ensuring a cohesive brand message.

**Social Media Management**: Strategically plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor and manage our social media presence, maintaining consistent interaction with our audience.

**Engagement**: Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations with followers.

**Analytics**: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

**Trends & Strategy**: Stay informed on the latest social media and design trends, integrating fresh ideas into our content strategy. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with broader company goals and campaigns.

**Brand Consistency**: Maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all content and platforms.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, videography, content creation, and social media management.

**Skills**: Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and content management platforms like Canva. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content scheduling tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer), and video editing software.

**Creativity**: A proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas that resonate with audiences.

**Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

**Analytics**: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategy.

**Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pivot strategies as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
