Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

**A well organized and computer advanced business, we are looking for an administrative assistant and/or bookkeeper to join our small administration team**
**Specific Skills Administrative Assistant**
- Schedule trips
- Invoicing and accounts payable
- New employee set up and training
- Use company vehicle to run errands
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Maintain clean workspace
- Assist other employees
- Be able to troubleshoot and phone tech support
- Calculate and prepare payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
**Specific Skills Bookkeeper**
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Post journal entries
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
