**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a versatile and organized Office Admin Assistant to manage a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of our office. This position is ideal for someone who is multilingual, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat for daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized notes and records.
- Fill out and process forms with precision.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting videos and updates.
- Communicate fluently in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Must be on valid status (e.g., Citizen, PR, work permit, study permit, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong note-keeping and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting.
- Multilingual skills: fluency in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
