We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate **Human Resources Generalist** who wants to make a positive impact on our already amazing company culture.

The Human Resources Generalist working alongside the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on a wide variety of HR disciplines to our leadership team and staff.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Full-cycle recruitment & selection
- Orientation & Onboarding programs
- Participation in the development of employee programs and policies that align with our culture
- Provide support in the form of guidance, advice, and coaching for managers
- Provide guidance and support on maintaining our Health & Safety programs and policies
- Employee Wellness initiatives
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and events
- Support of day-to-day HR-related activities

**To be successful you will need**:

- Recognize the importance of company culture
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, create and build trust with all levels of an organization
- A passion for agriculture and the dairy industry is an asset

**Education & Experience**
- Graduate of Human Resources Diploma Program
- CHRP Designation or equivalent
- At least 3 years in an Intermediate Level HR position.
