**Job Description**:
The Coordinator - Training and Technological Development supports the technical support and customer service department in the planning, coordination and follow-up of the various technological training courses to improve the knowledge of UAP/NAPA Canada employees.
Reporting to the User Support Team Leader, he/she is assigned to various projects and plans and/or participates in the planning of project implementation. He/she coordinates the deployment and manages the follow-up of the activities associated with these various projects.
This new person will take care of training new users and existing users present (directors and vice-presidents) on new technologies and will also take care of integrating new technologies for all new users. In addition to ongoing training for all users
The Coordinator - Training and Technological Development also contributes to the execution of the mandate and the success of the support team by helping with change management activities, communications and customer surveys, database updates of knowledge and the intranet site.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ongoing training;
- Ensure the logistics and coordination necessary for the smooth running of training, migrations, changes, and implementation of new technological tools;
- Coordination and follow-up of the activities carried out by the various parties;
- Coordination and integration of new employees, training platform, perfect mastery of Office 365;
- Support for group performance analysis (customer surveys), report production, team meetings, personal training;
- Ensure service quality control;
- Act as support for the support department.
**Qualifications**:
- College diploma;
- 3 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge and ability to train.
- Essential bilingualism;
- Knowledge and mastery of MS Office 365 systems, Teams, Sharepoint, etc;
- Good knowledge of PC hardware and software components;
- Good knowledge of IT environments and the challenges related to their ongoing operation.
