**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement time management strategies to maintain project schedules
- Collaborate with project managers to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions effectively.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
