**Part-Time On-Site Contractor (1-Year Contract)**

**Location**: On-site (various project locations)
**Schedule**: Part-time (hours may vary)
**Contract Length**: 12 months

**About the Role**
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented on-site contractor to support our finishing/refinishing projects. This role is hands-on and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in clients’ homes and active job sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Job Preparation & Tools**
- Pack, organize, and transport all necessary tools and materials to each job site
- Ensure tools are maintained, clean, and safely handled

**On-Site Work**
- Prepare job sites according to company standards
- Remove and install cabinet doors and drawer faces
- Degrease, clean, and prep surfaces
- Mask and protect surrounding areas
- Sand surfaces as required
- Spray primer using HVLP or airless systems (training available if needed)
- Complete repairs as necessary before finishing
- Maintain a tidy, safe work area at all times

**Teamwork & Communication**
- Work collaboratively with other team members on-site
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and clients
- Follow project timelines and instructions from supervisors

**Requirements**:

- **Reliable vehicle** and ability to travel to various job sites
- **Valid driver’s license**:

- Comfortable lifting and carrying materials and tools
- Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work safely
- Professional, respectful, and reliable

**Assets (Nice to Have)**
- Experience with cabinetry, painting, refinishing, or construction
- Familiarity with HVLP or airless sprayers
- Basic repair or carpentry skills

**Compensation**

Compensation will be based on experience and discussed during the interview.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
