Lift Auto Group is a rapidly expanding body shop operator. We’ve grown from 1 to 30 locations in 4 years, and we have no intention of stopping. To help with this growth, we’re expanding our IT team by adding a support technician to help with day-to-day support activities and participate in new shop acquisitions.

**Here is a quick summary of your responsibilities**:
You’re primarily responsible for providing end user support.
You’ll participate in onboarding projects for new shops. This includes provisioning all hardware, accounts, and services, and visiting the location to complete installs.
Frequent acquisitions means frequent travel. Expect to be away for 1 week every other month, at a minimum.

**This is a low-pressure role**:
After-hours requests for support are almost non-existent.
There is no on-call roster.
Your schedule is flexible. Work with the team to ensure coverage during business hours while balancing after-hours work and personal activities.
You’re welcome to work from home when your assigned tasks do not require physical presence. Provisioning and shipping hardware for acquisitions can’t be done remotely.
Exposure to a modern tech stack. We live in M365 for communication, collaboration, user, and workstation management. Our network hardware is provided by Meraki.
15 vacation days per year.

**What you bring**:
Minimum 2 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
Competent in resolving issues relating to Windows 10, Office 365 software, printing, cell phones, Office 365 user accounts, and basic networking.
Some experience with utilizing Azure Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, and Teams to resolve user facing issues and provision services.
Bonus points for those with experience in the collision industry.
