- As an E-Commerce Manager, you will ensure that the online sales goals set by the client are achieved. You will be responsible for two projects: setting up the digital version of campaigns and customer conversion on the client's website.

The team consists of content and campaign strategists, web integrators, SEO and SRO. You will lead a team and a matrix of resources dedicated to managing the digital channel of your product category. You will need to be a strong digital strategist with strong leadership skills who can mobilize experts to achieve digital sales goals. As an expert in e-commerce and merchandising, you will be responsible for the strategic alignment of the initiatives led by your group in order to prioritize those that generate the most value for the organization. Data will be at the heart of the strategies and tactics developed and deployed by you and your team.
- Lead a team and a matrix of resources that develop and deploy digital strategies to achieve sales goals for your product category;
- Be responsible for the digital performance of your product category;
- Define, in collaboration with the various digital experts, action plans to drive traffic, offer consideration and conversion;
- Collaborate and influence marketing strategies to obtain and deploy offers that meet the needs of the digital channel;
- Define, monitor and control key performance indicators, and communicate the performance of actions taken;
- Contribute to the definition of the specifications for the evolution of the channel and ensure the deployment of optimizations;
- Ensure the consistency of e-commerce actions with the overall marketing strategy of the company;
- Maintain a team culture and develop the performance of a multidisciplinary team;
- Define and supervise the specifications of the team under your responsibility;
- Maintain a constant watch on the market in your category and on digital trends.

Does this sound like you?
- Five (5) years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an online retail environment;
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce or IT;
- Strong strategic thinking skills;
- Ability to identify synergies and implement change;
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of Drupal (an asset);
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
