We are looking for an** eCommerce Manager** who is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience to join the Nolk Fashion and Apparel group and be responsible for optimizing the ergonomics of the websites of the Montreal-based companies Rachel and Rose Buddha.
As an eCommerce Manager, your goal will be to facilitate the purchasing process for our customers and ensure the showcasing of products for each company.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement online merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and maximize conversions for Rachel and Rose Buddha.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams of both companies to ensure consistency in the presentation and promotion of products and alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with the product team regarding stock movements.
- Analyze product and page performance, using analytical data to adjust merchandising strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations to the marketing and product teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on market trends and industry best practices.
- Execute daily product merchandising and optimization, contribute to site health projects.
- Responsible for loyalty programs for both brands: merchandising and updating pages, managing campaigns and offers for members, and implementing strategies to evolve the program.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience as an E-Merchandiser, E-Manager or in a similar role.
- Degree in marketing, e-comm, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the Shopify Plus platform.
- Strong understanding of UX, SEO, content, and e-commerce development projects.
- Strong proficiency in French, English nice to have
- Good knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

En tant que eCommerce manager, vous aurez l'objectif de faciliter le processus d'achat pour nos clients et assurer la mise en vedette des produits de chaque entreprise.
**Responsabilités**
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de merchandising en ligne pour améliorer la visibilité des produits et maximiser les conversions pour Rachel et Rose Buddha.
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et produit des deux entreprises pour assurer une cohérence dans la présentation et valorisation des produits et être aligné avec le calendrier marketing
- Collaborer avec l’équipe produit quant aux mouvement de stock
- Analyser les performances des produits et des pages, en utilisant des données analytiques pour ajuster les stratégies de merchandising.
- Faire des tests A/B et proposer des recommandations aux équipes marketing et produits
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle pour rester à jour sur les tendances du marché et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
- Exécuter le merchandising quotidien des produits et l’optimisation, contribuer aux projets de santé du site.
- Responsable des programmes de loyauté des 2 marques: merchandising et mise à jour des pages, gestion des campagnes et offres pour les membres, mettre en oeuvre des stratégies pour faire évoluer le programme
**Exigences**
- Expérience démontrée en tant qu'E-Merchandiser, E-Manager, ou dans un rôle similaire
- Maîtrise de la plateforme Shophify Plus
- Forte compréhension du UX, du SEO, du contenu, et des projets de développement e-commerce
