**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize our CRM tools to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
