Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Calgary, AB. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and building client relationships, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and providing tailored AV and collaboration system solutions. The role includes conducting client meetings, creating proposals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver seamless solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a focus on building client relationships and achieving targets
  • Knowledge of AV integration, collaboration technologies, and modern workplace solutions, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored technology solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Industry experience in audio-visual solutions or related fields is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
