**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in a design-focused program
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, or web design roles
- Proven leadership experience is essential
- Exceptional UX design skills, with the ability to create intuitive, user-centered experiences
- A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse UI/UX designs across multiple screen types
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality design outputs
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed business objectives through design
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, user research, storyboarding, wireframing, concept design, and prototyping
- Comprehensive knowledge of current web design best practices
- Proficiency in industry standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
- Experience in SaaS focused organization is a valuable asset
