**Responsibilities**
- Drive overall growth of the UX and Design Studio at Dura Digital, through strategy development, thought leadership, employee professional development and talent management, and oversight and program execution.
- Define our overarching studio offerings, working to package up and deliver our services more broadly across the regions that we serve.
- Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of UX and design offerings and set the direction for that growth.
- Embrace being a UX leader and practitioner, balancing both as required to grow the practice.
- Empower a growing team of UX designers to deliver world-class user experiences for our customers, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the studio, its processes, and culture.
- Embrace and enhance Dura Digital’s near-shore model.
- Oversee project pricing and budgets to ensure UX and design solutions are sold in and delivered profitably.
- Partner with project delivery leaders to set up new programs, optimize existing programs, and ensure total quality of service across all design engagements.
- Build, lead, and review work of our creative team in the production of web design, UX design, visual design, software solutions, etc., ensuring deliverables are effectively addressing project and clients’ goals.
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences.
- Spearhead and manage content strategy in our projects, harnessing strategy, digital design, compelling content, and innovation.
- Prioritize work and resources across creative projects.
- Engage in pre-sales and sales activities driven by our business development team, through proposal development, creative support, and strategy development.

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of related consulting experience.
- 10+ years of UX experience.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Proven experience with working with remote, geographically diverse teams.
- Proven experience with concept development, user research, product analysis, interaction design and usability testing.
- Strong ability to ensure the final visual design is on-brand and delivers on strategic and business goals.
- Highly skilled in leading a team of remote creative talent, based in North America and Latin America.
- Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of business objectives, both internal and external.
- Outstanding presentation skills and communication abilities. Whether the audience is internal or external to Dura Digital, you can sell an idea or concept clearly and confidently.
- Alignment with Dura Digital’s company values.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
