- This will be a remote position and our office is located in Edmonton, Alberta if you’d prefer to work in the office._

**Area of Focus: EdTech UX Specialist**

**The hats you may wear**:
UX Specialist, Technologist, Product Manager, Client Advocate, Workshop Facilitator

**At the core of this role, you will**:

- Identify market trends and innovative solutions that advance online education
- Work with clients and create solutions and recommendations that align with their online learning needs

**What your responsibilities will be**:

- You will be meeting with new and existing clients to gain user insights and understand their biggest challenges and pain points
- You will facilitate workshops, webinars, surveys and attend conferences to better understand the market needs
- You will conduct market research on innovative trends and solutions that align with the advancement of online education
- You will define a vision and shared goal to build a sustainable digital services store
- Identify opportunities to productize existing and new materials and solutions
- You will collaborate with a team of like-minded UX (User Experience) and LX (Learner Experience) experts in creating products and service solutions
- You will analyze product and solution feasibility, key product metrics and ROI

**Skills and requirements that you should have**:

- You enjoy problem solving, you’re not afraid to try new things, and you learn from successes and challenges
- You enjoy researching, learning, and utilizing the latest technologies and tools available
- You have diplomacy and tact in facilitating co-design sessions with Onlea’s clients
- You showcase humility and curiosity toward learning new tools and techniques
- You have a desire to work in a collaborative environment with other Designers and Developers where work is shared and critiqued as a team
- You have experience with universal design principles
