Richmond, Canada Lineage Logistics Full time

This role provides additional administrative support as needed, including working with the local Sales Managers and General Managers maintaining the Account Receivables ensuring locations are adhering to the company standard.
Shift timing: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location - Richmond, BC (Hybrid)
Position: 6 month contract
**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepares, posts, verifies and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Researched customer discrepancies and past due amounts with the assistance or Accounting Manager and other staff.
- Maintain and monitors accounts receivable and cash receipt reports for specified market area based on company standard.
- Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
- Copies, files and retrieves materials for accounts receivables each month.
- Coordinates communication with local Office Managers and Sales Managers regarding changes, short pays and on account payment information for research.

**QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)**
- High School Diploma
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel, and Workday.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment with mínimal supervision.

Pay Range:$21.88 - $34.18
