**What Are The Details Of This Position?**
**Major Responsibilities**
- Administrative duties such as scheduling and processing requests
- Coordinate and follow up on all interviews and outcomes
- Act as a learning consultant and trusted advisor to the business
- Update and maintain accurate records for the corporate Talent Pool
- Look for ways to constantly improve our solutions and relationships
**Experience & Skills Required**
- Demonstrate strong work ethic
- Be highly organized
- Have keen attention to detail.
- Employee orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data confidentially
- Proven strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven conflict resolution skills
- Strong ability using MS Suite of programs
- 3 years of experience in a related field or industry would be preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience utilizing an ATS is preferred
- Present a unified support to the vision of UPLevel
- At all times, protect the brand and reputation of UPLevel and UPLevel Clients
- Embody, emulate and lead the organization in our Core Values
- Ensure clear, strong and positive communication with clients, customers, and peers across the organization.

- Responsible for understanding all organizational policies and specifically their role to ensuring data and physical security and privacy adherence.

**Work Hours**
Weekdays. And since we serve a number of time zones, we will be testing a few schedules out to see what fits best for the client and for you. This is a full time position and will constitute a minimum of 37 hours per week.
