Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager of People Development and Training, the Recruitment Coordinator will support our People Development and Training team to support national recruitment initiatives across EMCO. Exceptional organization, strong interpersonal skills, and adapting quickly to technology will be key components of this role.Support the national recruitment team in finding top talent for our national Management Development program. This will include (but is not limited to) the following:Resume screeningPhone screeningVirtual interviewingSupporting the coordination of career fair eventsWorking with leadership to help onboard new hiresCreate and manage all job postings for the Management Development Program and National Support CentreConduct exit interviewsDraft effective job ads that accurately reflect the scope and requirements for the positionHelp coordinate the annual national Future Leader Conference for approximately 100 attendeesMaintain a standard of quality and consistency in all deliverablesLeverage stakeholders to provide consistent feedback and be ready to quickly pivot and adjustBilingual in English/French requiredAll other duties as requiredQualificationsSuccessful completion of a post-secondary program in Human Resources or equivalent work experience in a Human Resources administrative or recruiting roleStrong technical skills and comfort adapting to new technologies (i.e. LMS, ATS, MS Office, etc.)Bilingual (English/French) requiredPatience to deliver semi-repetitive content and answer questions from a wide base of trainee knowledgeAbility to work independently within a dynamic team, organize time among multiple tasks, work through processes and problem solving for teammates in the field, and support our internal team in meeting deliverables.1-2 years’ experience in administrative support, recruiting activities, event planning, or learning organizations.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationSalary Range - $50,000-$52,500EMCO is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a discrimination, harassment, and barrier free workplace where all employees can contribute to their fullest potential.
