**Office Administrator - Edmonton**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Edmonton team and be the go-to support for our Plumbers and Electricians. This role is at the heart of our operations — helping keep things organized, efficient, and running smoothly. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and love keeping all the moving parts connected, this could be the perfect fit.

**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as the main administrative contact for our Edmonton team of Plumbers and Electricians.
- Set up and troubleshoot iPhones, iPads, and POS machines for local technicians.
- Support the team with payment processing, financing, and system questions.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, vendor, and facility relationships.
- Handle mail, couriers, and warranty registrations.
- Coordinate monthly membership billings and adjustments.
- Review and correct daily technician invoices in our operational software.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for managers and technicians.
- Administer monthly truck inspections and follow-ups.
- Organize and digitize safety files and training records, and participate in Health & Safety meetings.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, scheduling safety training, and tracking completions.
- Provide general administrative support to the Service Manager.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of administrative experience (required).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Bonus: Advanced skills in Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service for both internal staff and external customers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.

**What We Offer**
- Stable, full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
