**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Business Development**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to increase enrollment and expand the school’s reach in local and international markets.
- Identify and establish partnerships with education agents, international organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Represent The Erindale Academy at education fairs, expos, and networking events globally and locally.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align business development initiatives with the school’s mission and vision.

**Recruitment Leadership**:

- Lead the recruitment team to implement innovative strategies that attract international and local students.
- Oversee and refine the admissions pipeline, ensuring an exceptional experience from lead generation to student onboarding.
- Conduct personalized consultations and school tours to highlight the school’s programs and unique offerings.
- Develop marketing materials and presentations to effectively communicate the value of The Erindale Academy to prospective families.

**Community Engagement & Branding**:

- Strengthen relationships with parents, alumni, and community leaders to build a robust referral network.
- Promote the school’s reputation as a leader in innovative education through strategic outreach initiatives.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all recruitment and business development efforts.

**Performance Monitoring & Improvement**:

- Analyze data and trends in recruitment and business development to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for school leadership to inform strategic planning.
- Continuously evaluate recruitment and marketing strategies to meet enrollment goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or admissions, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of international and local student markets.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (proficiency in other languages is preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for recruitment and networking events.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing platforms.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
