**ONEWORLD STAFFING SOLUTIONS** is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated HR interns to support the HR Dept. in its Etobicoke location's day-to-day administrative tasks and activities. This position is a three-month internship with the scope of turning into a full-time role.

Suppose you’re ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures. In that case, this is the internship for you.

**HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities**
- Post new positions on websites and job boards
- Coordinate interviews
- Maintain Payroll Data, including leaves, working hours, entitlements, etc.
- Collect and update the database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
- Maintain payroll data, including leaves, and working hours
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
- Assist Marketing Team in performing day to day marketing activities related to Recruitments

- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter
- A positive attitude and collaborative behaviour to achieve team goals and objectives
