Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Account Receivables and Payables
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Complete Invoicing as Required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and working with computerized systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with accounting software is Preferred
