Job description

AIMS Abroad is a marketing agency with a wide array of clients in various industries. We are looking for a sales representative who thinks out of the box to assist our business development initiatives. We are looking for someone **intelligent, hungry and aggressive** to fit this role. With a base and commission and you will have the opportunity to earn **six figures ($100K+)**

**Responsibilities**:
**QUALIFICATIONS for Inside Sales Representative**:

- Min. 2+ years **business development representative or sales **experience, ideally B2B, experiential & digital marketing
- Extremely organized, aggressive, disciplined & resourceful
- Extremely **TECH savvy** and comfortable using a full tech Stack
- Extreme beast on the **phone making more than 4 hours of calls** per day
- Track record of hitting sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation/persuasion skills
**JOB DESCRIPTION for INSIDE SALES**:

- Research & build target contact and account lists
- Generate 5-10 sales qualified leads per week.
- Set up meetings between qualified prospects and your sales manager
- Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with digital / inbound marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
