Leasing Administrator

Gilic Investment is an innovative real estate firm based in Vancouver. This diverse company is vertically integrated with in-house departments responsible for execution of the company’s activities including real estate investment, property development, as well as leasing, sales, and marketing.
**Specific Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)**:
- Support the leasing team in daily operations and provide administrative support;
- Schedule showings & return phone calls in a timely manner;
- Responds to tenant inquiries, concerns, emergencies and complaints;
- Prepare summaries for new leases, extensions, renewals, and offers in a timely and efficient manner;
- Prepare initial drafts of leases, amending agreements, renewal or extension agreements and other related lease documentation;
- Run credit checks, title searches and corporate searches;
- Update and track commercial and residential lease information;
- Process annual rent schedule, monthly rent roll, vacancy and lease expiration reports;
- Prepare outstanding, demand, or/and default letters as needed;
- Work closely with internal parties;
- Assist with preparation of leasing assumptions and rent forecast;
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as required.
**Qualifications & Skills (not limited to)**:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience;
- Solid experience in commercial real estate leasing administration or marketing is an advantage;
- General understanding of accounting principles and procedures;
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce highly professional documents and correspondence;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Ability to work multi tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
