**Duties**:

- Operational management fof warehouse activities
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse and delivery employees, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, provincial, and federal regulations regarding the handling and storage of animal feed.
- Conduct regular safety audits and drills.
- Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse operations
- Operate equipment such as forklifts
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Prior experience in supervisory warehouse operations is preferred
- Capability to lead a team or work independently as needed
