Our Client, **Royal City Warehousing**, in **Guelph**, is looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Reporting to the office Bookkeeper, the warehouse Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logístical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
The successful Supervisor will be an effective team leader, dependable, and have excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervising warehouse staff, contractors, and daily activities
- Establish and maintain customer contracts, including completing customer deposits
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation (Government and Customs related regulations)
- Adhering and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse and grounds
- Coordinating and maintaining of equipment
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
- Completing bank deposits and keeping customers accounts up to date

**Requirements**:

- Experienced within Logistics Industry
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Customer, Client, and/or Stakeholder Relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience with data entry software
- Skilled in Problem-solving and Attention to detail
