**Major responsibilities**
- First line of contact from ECOM customers; respond to inquiries from General Information; assess request and open new accounts.
- Develop E-Commerce sales.
- Identify new geographical sectors in Canada and US to seek potential customers.
- Pursue unchartered territories.
- Maximize use of the Ecommerce site to enhance sales.
- Perform Customer Service functions for customer accounts.
- Verify incoming orders for prices, availability and delivery in order to provide rapid feedback to customers; enter orders.
- Answer customer calls (inquiries, complaints, suggestions, cancellations, etc.).
- Allocate goods to orders when necessary.
- Answer Sales Representatives’ inquiries.
- Follow up on customer issues and specific requests.
- Compile data and prepare reports for key customers.
- Assist Merchandising with the photography of new fabric items in the line.

**Requirements and working conditions**

5 Years of experience related to Customer Service, **ECOM or Inside Sales**

- Excellent verbal communications skills in **English & French**:

- Superior interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Momentis (an asset)
