DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Le poste de représentant aux ventes internes est un emploi stimulant au rythme rapide qui exige des aptitudes à la vente. Vous répondrez aux demandes de renseignements des clients par téléphone, courrier et courriel et traiterez les commandes de produits. Vous traitez les plaintes des clients et vous êtes responsable de la résolution des plaintes et des demandes de remboursement, d'échange et d'ajustement après approbation de la direction. Vous fournirez des informations sur les produits, les prix et les délais de livraison. Horaire : lundi à vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00 Emplacement : 877 Boulevard Jean-Paul-Vincent, Longueuil, QC, J4G 2T2 FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants en temps voulu; Saisir les commandes des clients, suggérer l'achat de produits supplémentaires et fournir une assistance technique aux clients; Rechercher les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs questions ; consulter la direction pour obtenir des instructions afin de résoudre les plaintes dans les 24 heures; Passer des appels hebdomadaires aux clients pour prendre des commandes en vue des livraisons prévues; Effectuer des recherches sur toutes les demandes de garantie et/ou de retour des clients et remplir les formulaires appropriés et la documentation relative au problème le jour même de leur réception; Recommander les produits supplémentaires qui peuvent être nécessaires pour compléter la commande et les articles complémentaires qui sont nécessaires; Développer la connaissance des produits afin d'être en mesure de les spécifier et de les recommander aux clients; Fournir aux clients les documents et l'assistance nécessaires pour assurer un paiement rapide des factures; Se tenir au courant des produits en vedette et des promotions; Participer à la réunion hebdomadaire des ventes de la succursale; Communiquer les renseignements sur le marché aux membres de l'équipe du service à la clientèle et au directeur de la succursale; Respecter toutes les exigences en matière de sécurité et utiliser l'EPI approprié, le cas échéant; Autres tâches connexes peuvent être assignées pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise. EXIGENCES, QUALIFICATIONS ET HABILETÉS REQUISES Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent; Détenir au moins deux (2) ans d'expérience directement liée aux fonctions et responsabilités spécifiées; Expérience de la vente de produits de détail; Connaissances des pièces de remorques ou distributions de pièces industrielles (Atout); Bilingue, maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) (Dirigeants, fournisseurs et clientèle hors Québec); Compétences informatiques nécessaires, maîtrise des logiciels de la suite MS Office; Autonomie essentielle, rigueur et souci élevé du détail et du travail bien fait; Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle; Anticiper et identifier les besoins des clients; Doit être fiable, responsable, bon jugement et sens élevé de la discrétion; Avoir la capacité de travailler de façon indépendante avec peu de supervision directe; Intérêt pour l'amélioration des processus et la capacité de faire preuve d'innovation; Fortes habiletés d'organisation, d'analyse et de synthèse; Sens des affaires, préoccupation du respect de la mission de l'entreprise; Professionnalisme envers collègues, clients et fournisseurs; Bonnes compétences en communication et en relation interpersonnelle. JOB DESCRIPTION The position of Inside Sales Representative is a fast-paced, challenging job that requires sales skills. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone, mail, and email and process product orders. You handle customer complaints and are responsible for resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments after management approval. You will provide information about products, prices, and delivery times. Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: 877 Boulevard Jean-Paul-Vincent, Longueuil, QC, J4G 2T2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to incoming phone calls in a timely manner Entering customer orders, suggesting the purchase of additional products, and providing technical assistance to customers Research /investigate customer complaints and responds to customer queries; consults with management for instructions to resolve complaints within 24 hours Research warranty and/or return requests and complete all required forms and documentation the same day they are received Recommend additional or complementary products to complete orders Develop product knowledge to be able to specify and recommend items to customers Provide documentation and support to ensure prompt payment of invoices Stay informed about featured products and promotions Participate in the weekly branch sales meeting Communicate market information to the customer service team and branch manager Comply with all safety requirements and use appropriate PPE as appropriate Other related tasks can be assigned to meet the needs of the business.
