Ce dont vous avez besoin pour travailler dans ce poste :

  • Expérience en vente dans un mode "B2B";

  • Personne avenante, ayant la satisfaction-client au cœur de ses décisions;

  • Personne fiable, débrouillarde et dévouée;

  • Capacité de rebondir facilement et de trouver des solutions.

Ce dont vous devez vous attendre à accomplir :

  • Gérer et prioriser les demandes des clients provenant de diverses sources (courriel, téléphone et ventes web);

  • Répondre aux besoins des clients et trouver des solutions adéquates selon le cas. Effectuer les suivis nécessaires et informer rapidement les personnes clés des commentaires clients (prix, produits, service…);

  • Maximiser les ventes auprès des clients; proposer des produits alternatifs et complémentaires;

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel des ventes externes;

  • Maintenir ses connaissances et ses compétences à jour sur les produits offerts et les systèmes utilisés;

  • Peut être appelé à négocier des prix et des conditions spéciales avec les clients selon les critères établis.

Challenges awaiting you:

  • Manage and prioritize customer requests from various sources (email, phone, and web sales).
  • Respond to customer needs and find suitable solutions on a case-by-case basis. Follow up as necessary and quickly inform key stakeholders of customer feedback (pricing, products, service...).
  • Maximize sales with customers; propose alternative and complementary products.
  • Work closely with external sales staff.
  • Keep your knowledge and skills up to date on offered products and systems used.
  • May be called upon to negotiate prices and special terms with customers according to established criteria.
