**Agent de soutien aux ventes**: Notre service commercial est responsable de l'ensemble du cycle de vente, et vous en ferez partie Vous assisterez l'équipe de vente dans les tâches administratives liées à la vente, mais vous aiderez également nos clients existants s'ils ont besoin de changements administratifs. Ce poste est basé à Montréal et vous relèverez de la Directrice de ventes **Vos tâches** - Préparer des devis pour les licences et les mises à niveau/déclassements. - Assister les clients dans les changements administratifs de contrats et de services - Assister dans les tâches administratives quotidiennes de vente, par exemple les modifications de contrat et le traitement des cas d'affaires. - Soutenir nos utilisateurs clés SAP et l'équipe de vente interne.
